First, let me give you my credentials. I’ve worked as a CPA/Tax Strategist to some of the nation’s wealthiest taxpayers. I was one of the first Rich Dad Advisors and have had New York Times best-selling books about taxes and investments. I’ve personally built and sold businesses worth millions. And, after a low point in 2008 when a business partnership failed spectacularly and the real estate decline hit us hard, I’ve built back to financial freedom in 20 months. That’s what I’m proudest of.

 

 

I have businesses now throwing off 5 figure passive income each and every month now. And I have a couple of businesses I’m still active in because I want to also build back my wealth and doing it with businesses is the best way I know.

So let me go to my headline now. Yes, I will mentor you for free. I will coach you, individually, each and every week. I will make you part of group weekly meetings about marketing strategies, online strategies, offline strategies, team building, tax savings, you name it.

And I’ll do it for free.

But you have to be coachable.

There’s one thing I learned when I got hit hard by the downturn, there is no time for screwing around with things that may or may not work. You might have the best idea since sliced bread, you may have a dream you want to fulfill, you may want to do something no one else has ever done before and so forth. I think that’s incredibly awesome. I wish you ever success in the world.

I’m not going to volunteer to learn your business, sign an NDA, do feasibility studies, due diligence, vette IP attorneys, proto type builders, set up the business structure, determine nexus issues, get local, state and federal approvals (as appropriate), find investors, do capital management, create cash flow projections and then manage on a day-to-day business all the necessary aspects of a business I don’t know or understand.

But if you can see the value from working a plan I KNOW works, that will give you almost immediate results, create both active and passive streams of income and teach you online and offline marketing, sales, team building, leadership, brand-building and do it all on your schedule, then let’s talk.

It’s not your plan.  It’s my plan. But it’ll be your business and your income.
